Capacity is the maximum number of guests staying at the same time, not the total number of rooms. For cruises it is the passenger capacity; for tours, the group size per departure.
You receive a clear proposal. If you decide not to continue, you owe nothing and your data is deleted.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
By card or by SEPA bank transfer on invoice. Annual plans are invoiced upfront.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Seasonal plans have a minimum of 5 months.
